This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires flexibility to work weekdays, with occasional evenings and weekends.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsEnsure exceptional customer satisfactionLead and develop a high‑performing teamOversee menu planning and merchandisingEnsure compliance with quality assurance, health & safety, and environmental standardsWhat You BringPost‑secondary education and 5+ years of foodservice or related management experienceAdvanced Food Service Training (AFST) and Health & Safety Level 1 & 2 (or willingness to complete within 90 days)Experience managing labour relationsStrong financial acumen with the ability to manage product and labour costsProven catering and event planning experienceExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of POS systems is an assetInvest in Your FutureWe’re proud to offer a Tuition Waiver Program for associates and their families—including spouses and dependents under 25.
