**Job Overview**

We’re looking for an energetic and experienced **Assistant General Manager (AGM)** to help lead our front-of-house team and support the daily operations of the restaurant. The AGM works closely with the General Manager to ensure an outstanding guest experience, efficient service, and strong team culture.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver excellent guest service
- Assist with recruiting, training, and scheduling team members
- Monitor performance, coach staff, and ensure team engagement
- Manage inventory, cost controls, and assist with ordering
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure health and safety compliance at all times
- Step into the GM role when required

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Serve It Right (or provincial equivalent) certification
