**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Strata Agent/admin to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their careers in strata management. As a Junior Strata Agent, you will work closely with our experienced team members, gaining exposure to various aspects of strata management, including owner communications, maintenance coordination, financial management, and compliance with the Strata Property Act.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring adherence to strata bylaws and regulations.
- Provide top-notch customer service to property owners, tenants, and council members by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with trades and contractors, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Support the preparation and presentation of financial reports and budgets to strata councils.
- Help develop and implement property maintenance plans in collaboration with senior strata managers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.
- Assist with organizing and attending strata council meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Passed licensing exam as a Strata Manager
- BCFSA**:

- Strong desire to learn and develop a career in strata management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient with office software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- BC Driver’s License and access to a licensed vehicle is an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed
