- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports as well as the annual budget(s)
- Creating internal financial reports for our Executive team
- Analyzing financial data and presenting findings to the management team
- Maintenance of Sika internal control system manual
- Completion of all government-required financial surveys
- Assist in accounting and tax audits on a regular basis

**We Need Your Skills**

**Do you have...?**
- An undergraduate degree/college diploma in Finance, Accounting or related field of study
- Your CPA designation or close to completion of your designation is considered an asset
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong time management and ability to provide timely analysis of financial results on a tight schedule
- Excellent computer skills including ERP systems and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- An analytical mindset, strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- **Hybrid (3 days in office) position
