What to expect in this role on a given day:
This isn’t your typical finance role In this fast-paced environment, you will have a strong understanding of the Canadian economy and the macro and micro economic issues that affect our customers. Your ability to multi-task and project manage while having keen attention to detail will be critical to the success of your work. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Assist in credit reviews of potential and existing customers
- Engage with funding sources on pricing of transactions and assess the credit appetite of the funders
- Assist in treasury work (cash management)
- Complete any post-closing items when transactions are financed

You will be a good fit for this position if you:

- Understand lease contracts
- Have 3+ years of work experience in corporate accounting
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required; related work experience will be considered
- MS Excel proficiency is a must have
- Have experience analyzing financial statements
- Understand the mechanics and process of cash flow management
- Have advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Are able to prioritize work, meet deadlines & handle multiple assignments
