Job Description Our client, in the financial services industry, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting routine accounting processes, and providing insights for internal teams. Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including recording transactions, accruals, reconciliations, and tax filings. Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial reports and year-end audit documentation. Work closely with Accounts Payable to process invoices accurately and on schedule. Support cash management by coordinating funding requirements for operational and debt obligations. Maintain key financial workbooks and help improve reporting processes and workflows. Prepare regular compliance reporting for banking partners. Conduct financial analysis of potential tenants and other ad hoc financial assessments to inform decisions. Identify opportunities for process improvements across accounting functions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Progress toward CPA designation preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in public or corporate accounting. Knowledge of ASPE/GAAP principles is an asset.
