We’re looking for a reliable, outgoing person to help run our farmers’ market booth — mostly solo. You’ll be setting up, selling, repping the brand, and tearing down at the end of the day. It’s a chill but busy role, and you’ll be doing a bit of everything.

This position starts as a Sunday market role, but we’re really looking for someone interested in becoming a **long-term team member**. As we grow, there’s potential to take on more hours — including **helping with baking in the kitchen during the week**, supporting at other markets, or assisting with events and behind-the-scenes work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transport, unload, and set up booth (tent, table, display, brownies)
- Sell and chat with customers throughout the market day
- Run cash + mobile payments using Square
- Track inventory and pack up at the end of the day (solo)
- Represent the brand with enthusiasm and care

**Requirements**:

- Must have a reliable vehicle large enough to carry two 6-foot tables, tent, and 3-4 bins of product/supplies
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for several hours
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 60-70 lbs (market setup includes tables, bins of brownies, and gear)
- Friendly, confident, and self-sufficient — you'll be working mostly alone
- Dependable, good communicator, and organized
- Retail, food service, or market experience is a plus (but not required)

**Schedule & Hours**:

- Start with Sundays from 10 AM - 4 PM
- Some Saturdays may be added as we grow
- Seasonal: May through October
- ~6 hours per week to start, with **potential for additional weekday and weekend hours** as the role expands

Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour
