**What you will accomplish**:

- Actively engage and initiate conversations with mall shoppers
- Build and engage your personal and professional network
- Work and network within your local community
- Deliver on our brand promise by offering customers personalized, unbiased, advice.
- Achieve all key business metrics including sales, operations, and customer experience
- Participate and engage in training, coaching and professional development opportunities
- Stay up to date on our current promotions, products, and services to maintain high levels of expertise

- Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends
- Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset

**What we offer**:

- Full time hours (32-40hrs/week)
- Competitive salary AND uncapped commission structure

**Physical Job Requirements**:

- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
