**About the Role**:
We’re hiring an Assistant Baker to join our kitchen team on Mondays. You’ll work alongside the Wow Brownies team — including **Red Seal Chef and co-owner Joshua Lavin** — to prep, bake, package, and clean as we produce high-quality, small-batch brownies.

**Schedule**:

- **Monday**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 8 hours/week, starting **September 4**:

- **Training shifts scheduled throughout August**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prep and bake brownies according to our recipes and standards
- Package product and label for market and wholesale
- Clean kitchen tools, dishes, and work areas
- Support kitchen efficiency and maintain organization
- Participate in product tasting and give feedback
- Optional: assist with social media content during bake hours if interested

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented and clean in the kitchen
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Previous kitchen/baking experience is a bonus, but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

**Additional Notes**:
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn how small-batch baking works in a real kitchen environment, with room to contribute creatively and grow.

Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour
