Truck Team Member / Customer Service / Labour Got-Junk?

Location: Edmonton

Compensation: $16/hr base + tips + bonuses (avg of $19-$22/hr all in)

Availability: Part-Time or Full-Time (employees choice)

We operate Mon-Sun starting at 7:30am.

You are:

  • A customer service connoisseur.
  • A fan of getting paid to workout.

  • A team player and able to work under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: WOWing every customer with exceptional service and a great attitude.
  • Truck Operations: Safe operation of the "Junk Driving Machine".
  • Junk Removal: Heavy and light lifting and removal of "junk" from client locations (i.e. couches, chairs, appliances, yard, electronics, and garage junk)
  • Marketing: Engage in guerrilla marketing activities to increase revenue and put more money in your pocket.
  • Sales: Convert estimates into transactions.

Requirements:

  • Have customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Have a valid Class 5 driver's license 
  • 4+ years of driving experience, and a reasonably clean driving record because it's more fun to arrive in one piece...
  • Be able to work full days, weekends, and some holidays - 10 hour days, a compressed workweek means you get 3 days off a week.
