Front Desk Agent

As a front desk agent, you will maximize guest experience from check-in to check-out.
**Duties**:
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Provide exceptional guest service at check in, check out, and during guests' stays
- Record client information in the internal database and process payments
- Answer telephones and make reservations
- Perform light housekeeping duties/cleaning of front desk and lobby, as needed
**Qualifications/Abilities**
- In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations; experience with OPERA preferred
- Service-oriented with great interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
