**Position: Business Analyst Location: Montreal**

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, design, and optimize IT risk and compliance workflows.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop process models, workflow diagrams, and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to implement automated solutions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOX, NIST).
- Identify gaps in risk and compliance processes and recommend improvements.
- Support audit, governance, and risk assessment activities.
- Create reports and dashboards for risk monitoring and compliance tracking.

**Requirements**:

- 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT risk & compliance.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and risk assessment tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data collection skills and the ability to present and explain data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — comfortable in proactively communicating with stakeholders inside and outside the immediate team to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Must be able to work independently and with mínimal supervision.

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour
