_**The Dirty Apron Delicatessen is looking to expand our team and is hiring for the position of a line cook - specifically for Garde Manger.**_
- **Responsibilities & job requirements**:_
- Must have 2+ years experience working in a professional kitchen in similar position.
- Eligible to legally work in Canada.
- Prepare and cook menu according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Assist in daily catering orders - making sandwiches, salads, soups and gourmet platters.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Handle food safely and adhere to food safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow.
- Support the team in various kitchen duties as needed, contributing to a positive work environment.
- **Working hours: Monday - Friday; 7am - 3pm (off stat holidays)**_
- **Wage: $20/hr**_

Our newest endeavor is our 2 locations at YVR Airport. Best known for our recreational cooking classes, our cooking school teaches new and exciting dishes to over 10,000 foodies each year in our incredibly fun and educational teaching style..**_
