Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our team at [Restaurant Name]. **Duties**:

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Adhere to portion control guidelines for cost management
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Line Cook is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
