Responsibilities for supply chain coordinator
- Takes full responsibility within scope of the position and/or materials or projects managed to work with various cross-functional groups (such as Quality, Tech Ops, Regulatory, suppliers, ) to proactively and collaboratively resolve issues that may block the timely flow of materials or projects
- Order processing in a timely & effective manner (sales order within 48 hours & in compliance with order flow detailed processes)
- Demonstrate effective communication (both written and verbal), high levels of motivation and leadership
- Analyze branch sales and inventories to identify excesses, fluctuations, or unusual activity
- Support specific initiatives in their development and execution
- Assist in completion and setup of new part numbers
- Maintain catalogs of the assigned group/class commitments for both personal education and to assist branch personnel and co-workers
- Maintain current product prices, for both the product cost and the product resale, and send correct pricing to the Customer Data Center
- Travel to manufacturer’s training schools and seminars to maintain personal knowledge of the product and its functions
- Mange the end-to-end Supplier on-boarding process and continued maintenance of Supplier portals

Qualifications for supply chain coordinator
- You have an operations, logistics and/or business background through classes, internships and prior work experience
- High School Degree
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and complete goals within stringent timeframes
- Reasonable (1-3 years) experience with supply management
- Understands Government Contracting

Pay: $48,411.83-$114,364.11 per year
