**SUMMARY**:
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the Office Supervisor will be responsible for care and control of the office coordinator team members within the warehouse. The OC team supports all aspects of inbound and outbound material from the warehouse. The “OC Supervisor” will be responsible for team members training, expectations, and accountability, while ensuring succession planning and scheduling is complete.
**RESPONSBILITES**:

- Maintains productivity and quality performance metrics and ensures all are reached in an effective, efficient and safe manner
- Investigates and escalates discrepancies and strives to continuously refine procedures and processes to improve quality and accuracy, including root cause analysis and recommends correction actions
- Provides feedback and where necessary, reports to management, regarding operational errors and concerns.
- Communicates with management regarding Team Member issues and concerns including the existence, cause, and resolution
- Ensure Team Members communicate with the customer professionally and always provide exceptional customer service
- Provides communication and suggests process related improvement and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensures team members are trained on operational SOP’s
- Ensure daily reporting of operational, attendance and quality requirements are completed
- Coordinate, assign and review the work of all Office Coordinators
- Develop team member skillsets in alignment with company goals and objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance while promoting a positive work environment
- Continuously strive to ensure a loyal, empowered and engaged workforce
- Work in a collaborative manner with all levels of management
- Analyze, identify, deliver all performance related issues and ensure corrective steps are taken
- Follow all company Policies, Rules, Guidelines and Communication Notices.
- Maintain a Controlled Goods security clearance
- Any other duties as assigned

**HEALTH & SAFETY**:

- Follow the Occupational Health and Safety Act including Safety, Violence and Harassment laws
- Work in a healthy and safe manner following company policies and procedures
- Always wear or use protective equipment
- Report any hazards you find in the workplace to your Supervisor
- Must not use or operate equipment in a manner that would endanger yourself or others
- Must not put other workers at risk by your actions

**EDUCATION /JOB KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE**:

- Preferably a College diploma in Business Management with a focus on Supply Chain Management or the equivalent in combination of education and experience
- Willingness to attend and participate in training and development programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word)
