Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution. Demonstrated adaptability, initiative, and “get things done” attitude. Respect for Medicom’s core values: accountability, customer centricity, teamwork, and empathy. Assets Experience in entrepreneurial or fast-growing business environments. Understanding of medical device supply chain and commercial processes. Exposure to Lean or Agile methodologies. University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. What We Offer Competitive salary. Comprehensive benefits package, including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and telemedicine services. Company-matched retirement plan. Opportunities for training, coaching, and professional development.
