As an Inside Sales Representative you are a critical member of our team selling products to our valued business clients.

Your responsibilities will encompass delivering outstanding customer service, sharing your product knowledge, and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. You'll guide clients through product selection, answer inquiries, and provide expert assistance in their decision-making process.

**Key Qualities**:

- Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing an asset.
- Ability to negotiate win-win outcomes
- Adaptable to Change and capable of handling customer rejection.
- Positive, friendly, and patient disposition.
- Self-starter, willing to take initiative, eager to learn, and tenacious.
- Strong communicator with active listening skills.
- Results oriented and great at multi-tasking
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Computer literate with CRM experience.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- **Customer Engagement**:Interact with customers, fostering relationships, and addressing their needs.
- **Lead Follow-up**:Pursue leads provided by marketing. Initiate contact and create sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge and Communication**: Understand products thoroughly and convey their value effectively, introducing new products to existing customers. Suggest order add-ons and offer alternative products. Product knowledge is key
- **Sales Quoting**:Deliver product pitches and provide price quotes to potential clients in a timely manner.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records and generate sales reports for analysis.
- **Meeting Sales Targets**:Achieve or exceed set sales goals and quotas.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:Coordinate with the Order Desk and Operations Department for a unified sales strategy focused on Customer service.
- **Market Research and Adaptation**: Stay informed about industry trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- **Customer Feedback Collection**:Gather client feedback for continuous product and process improvement.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
