**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Experience with website architecture, SEO, PPC and devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/ social channels.
- Proven ability to provide tracking conversion rates and make improvements to the website and social media channels based on key performance metrics.
- Must have executed campaigns in Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
- Manage and expand the company's social media presence through strategic campaign design to increase engagement by using photos/ videos and general SEP content. Keeping up with social media trends.
- Regularly monitor Google Analytics, Adwords, Search Engine Console, HubSpot and Google Tag Manager, to ensure KPI’s are being met.
- Proactive and focused on delivering outcomes, effectively managing competing priorities.
- Meticulous with a commitment to accuracy, able to multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Works well in team settings and independently.
- Ability to adapt quickly ( agency environment) deadline driven.
- Excellent verbal /written and analytical skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a social media marketing with an emphasis on tracking leads and conversions.
- Solid knowledge of advertising, SEO, E-commerce, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and other social media tools.
- Strong communication skills with excellent copywriting /editing skills. Video production and graphic design is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
