**Position Overview**:
As the Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for managing, posting, engaging, and communicating across our social channels for all our brands. You’ll take charge of influencer relationships, collaborations, events, and other elements surrounding our social media strategies. Additionally, this role will expand to include broader marketing responsibilities, such as campaign strategy and audience outreach, to drive the growth of our brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities will be managing all social aspects of our socials for all brands based on brand guidelines. Engaging and monitoring multiple channels simultaneously. Creating social strategies, posting schedules and content calendars.**
**Outreach and management of influencer campaign**
- Social Media Management: Create, manage, and execute the social media strategy for multiple brands across platforms (Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, Discord).
- Content Planning: Develop content calendars, posting schedules, and creative social media campaigns in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly to foster community growth and interaction.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, reach out to, and manage influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement. Handle collaborations and manage campaigns with influencers and partners.
- Event & Collab Management: Coordinate online events, collaborations, and live social activations to drive engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media trends, performance metrics, and audience insights to adjust strategies and improve performance.
- Marketing Strategy: Contribute to broader marketing initiatives including campaign development, digital marketing strategies, and cross-channel promotion.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong experience in managing social media platforms: Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord.
- Deep understanding of cannabis culture and industry trends.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns and collaborations is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong sense of creativity and innovation.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools to track social media performance.
- Ability to handle multiple channels simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience as a budtender or working within the cannabis industry.
- A passion for cannabis and an understanding of the cannabis community.
- Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
