Plusgrade’s Ancillary Revenue Platform is the only digital-first ancillary merchandising engine that gives travelers the ability to upgrade their experience in multiple ways (bidding, instant purchase, blocked seats to name a few) within the booking to departure window. The Role: *
The Delivery Manager is the owner of the delivery process and is primarily responsible for the successful implementation of Plusgrade’s best-in-class products. You will be working closely with external partners, and key stakeholders, as well as driving our internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of partner initiatives. This position, reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Care, Activation & Delivery, will use a blend of product knowledge and project management to drive new launches from the contract signature to go-live.

Responsibilities: *

Be a Subject Matter Expert of Plusgrade’s products and services*
- Contribute to pre-kickoff preparation or participate in customer presentations
- Lead and coordinate Launch Kickoffs at client sites
- Take end to end responsibility of the planning and execution, and coordinate the activities leading to the go-live
- Lead technical discussions with the partners while involving appropriate solution experts.
- Ensure partners understand Plusgrade’s solutions and features
- Work with our partners to serve as the primary point of contact and escalation from the agreement to go-live
- Coordinate requirements gathering based on commercial guidelines and project scope through meetings with partners, third-parties, and internal experts
- Lead the production of Statements of Work
- Own the scope by ensuring requirements will meet the needs of partners and are delivered as promised
- Support management and the commercial team during the sales process

**Be a Project Manager**
- Lead and manage the delivery of new and existing partner initiatives by using a blend of project management best-practices (processes and tools) and personal experience
- Support the project estimation process with Engineering Teams and Product Owners
- Produce and maintain project plans
- Control and Monitor projects cost
- Maintain regular status reports, issue logs and other project-related documents
- Coordinate implementation activity readiness with external and internal teams until customer sign-off prior to implementation in production
- Prepare and send implementation roll-out communications
- Coordinate and host virtual and on-site meetings
- Build strong relationships both internally across the organization to ensure cross-functional collaboration and externally with partners and third-parties

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the airline and travel industries is a must
- Experience working with Airline Software Systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, SITA is a must
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
