The **Product Integration Coordinator** plays a key role in the success of our products. As a true go-to person, you'll ensure the smooth flow of information, keep our processes up to date, generate reports, and contribute to various projects. It's a stimulating position that combines analysis, organization, and collaboration.

**Main Responsibilities**

- Respond to client requests and coordinate with internal teams
- Create, update, and manage documentation (technical sheets, processes, statistics, etc.)
- Manage product numbers and structures in the ERP system
- Provide support to the Director, Supervisor, and Product Manager
- Contribute to process improvements and track tasks and deadlines
- Maintain product data tools (Tub ID, Tub Spec Tool)
- Manage small projects from design to implementation, in collaboration with other departments
- Develop phase-out plans for products and communicate project progress to stakeholders

**Profile Sought**

- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (manufacturing experience is an asset)
- Knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., Navision)
- Familiarity with project management methods (Gantt)
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French (advanced) and English (advanced)
