**L'OPPORTUNITÉ**

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un coordinateur de production dynamique et qualifié qui possède les connaissances et les compétences nécessaires pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le coordinateur de production sera chargé de travailler en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs départements afin de coordonner et d'assurer la production et la qualité des marchandises produites et livrées dans les délais, conformément aux critères spécifiques de l'acheteur.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Suivre et coordonner l'état de la production, de l'OPV à la date d'expédition de chaque commande, avec les équipes interfonctionnelles internes et les fournisseurs étrangers.
- Assurer la responsabilité complète du calendrier de production avec les usines. Vérifier et s'assurer que toutes les informations (fichiers techniques, documents, échantillons, etc.) sont envoyées aux usines en temps voulu pour éviter les retards de production.
- Gérer le calendrier du processus d'approbation de la production. Tissus, essais en laboratoire, rayures, ajustements, etc.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les services de conception, d'ajustement, de test et d'assurance qualité pour s'assurer que les approbations sont terminées conformément au calendrier de production.
- Communiquer régulièrement avec les agences et les usines pour coordonner le processus de production et suivre l'état de livraison des commandes de manière régulière en s'assurant que la livraison est conforme au calendrier ; confirmation de la réservation, expédition dans les délais.
- Travailler en partenariat avec l'équipe AQ/essais pour s'assurer que les processus d'évaluation des risques sont bien exécutés dans les délais impartis.
- Examiner les documents de test créés par le département AQ/Test pour chaque OPV afin de s'assurer que le calendrier des tests est respecté par rapport au calendrier de production.

**EXIGENCES**
- 5 ans d'expérience ou plus en tant que coordinateur de la production/importation
- Connaissance du cycle complet du produit, de la conception à la production finale
- Connaissance des processus de fabrication
- Expérience dans le domaine de la mode enfantine (un atout)
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et du système ERP
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière créative
- Solides compétences organisationnelles
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication ; maîtrise de l'anglais et du français

- **THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are currently looking for a dynamic and qualified Production Coordinator who has the knowledge and skills to join our team. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional departments to coordinate and ensure the production and quality of goods are produced and delivered on time according to specific buyer’s criteria.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follow up & coordinate the production status from VPO to Ship Date of each order with internal cross-functional teams and overseas vendors.
- Complete ownership of production timeline with factories. Verify and ensure all information (tech files, documents, samples, etc) are sent to factories in a timely manner to avoid production delays.
- Manage the timeline of production approvals process. Fabric, lab dips, strike offs, fits, etc.
- Work alongside the Design, Fit, Testing & QA departments to ensure approvals are complete according to the production schedule.
- Communicate regularly with agencies & factories to coordinate production process and track delivery status of orders on a regular basis ensuring delivery is on schedule; booking confirmation, shipment del on time.
- Work in partnership with QA/Testing team to ensure Risk Assessment processes are well executed in a timely manner.
- Review testing documents created by QA/Testing department for each VPO to make sure testing timeline is respected for production schedule.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ years experience as a Production/Import Coordinator
- Knowledge of complete product cycle, from conception to final production
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Experience in childrenswear (an asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP system
- Creative problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast past environment
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and French
