Thanks to our 1,400 employees in nine plants in Canada and the United States, we are constantly innovating to exceed the expectations of both small and large appetites. **Working at Leclerc means...** - Working in a family business - Evolving in a clean, temperate environment with the latest technology - Starting a new job with paid and adapted training - Benefit from a complete benefits program (drug and dental insurance, 1 week of sick leave [conditions apply], telemedicine, group RRSP with employer participation and more) - Enjoy quality meals at low prices in the cafeteria (unlimited coffee, tea, cookies and bars) - Enjoy free use of the sports facilities (basketball court, training room and cardio room) - Save on our delicious products and discover exclusive novelties - Take advantage of job security and opportunities for advancement within the company - Integrate a rich company culture (Christmas, birthday and maternity gifts, use of the Poka platform and more) *** Reporting to the Planning Manager, the main responsibility of the incumbent will be to coordinate the production planning team in order to optimize our operational efficiency.. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Ensure the training of new employees and the harmonization of methods within the group; - Ensure the updating and maintenance of work instructions; - Oversee the optimization of planning for all plants in collaboration with the planners. - Responsible for replacing colleagues on vacation, with the help of the manager (if necessary); - Responsible for follow-up meetings with Purchasing (e.g. Filières F); - Responsible for supervising "hard change" in support of planners; - Support the Director in the preparation and facilitation of planning and sales meetings; - Assist the Manager at new project meetings; - Replace Director at weekly S&OE meetings as needed; - Responsible for monitoring team KPIs and implementing required actions. - **When assuming the higher functions, the coordinator cannot be expected to cover the full planning load, so he/she must be in charge of smaller and/or fewer plants._ **REQUIREMENTS** - Must have a good knowledge of the company and its methods; - Must be a good teacher with good interpersonal skills; - Must know how to collaborate, get involved and distribute functions; - Must be able to demonstrate authority in certain situations; - Must be a unifier and integrator.
