Role Overview:
As Manager of Operations & Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives across our organization. This high-impact position is ideal for a self-starter who can work autonomously, take ownership of critical projects, and deliver results with mínimal supervision. You'll have direct exposure to major US furniture industry leaders and significant responsibility from day one.

What You'll Do:

- Independently lead and execute strategic initiatives to optimize business operations and drive growth
- Self-direct the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions and automated systems
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to modernize processes using technology
- Take full ownership of cross-functional projects from conception to completion
- Drive data-driven decision making through independent analysis and recommendations
- Build and lead high-performing teams with mínimal oversight
- Initiate and execute continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage key relationships with major US furniture industry stakeholders
- Pioneer digital transformation initiatives in a traditional industry
- Take on diverse challenges and responsibilities as they arise

Technical Skills Preferred:

- Programming experience (Python)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Interest in AI and automation technologies
- Familiarity with process optimization tools
