Uni-Spray Systems Inc (Cambridge, ON) is an ISO 9001 certified full service, high precision manufacturing company that provides its clients in over 60 countries worldwide with a single source for molded plastic parts and assemblies. We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join our team.

**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for all HR duties including hiring, discipline and termination in the office and manufacturing facility
- Resolving all employee relations issues as they arise in order to help maintain a healthy and positive work climate
- Management of all HR policies and procedures
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update/Approval internal databases (tracking sick, vacation and other leave of absences)
- Conduct annual employee reviews
- Processing biweekly payroll for up to 35 employees
- Maintain up to date employee records in Deluxe Payweb and pay clock system
- Ensuring that all payroll is accurately recorded, processed, and responding to any payroll queries
- Managing Benefit Plan
- Daily banking duties including cashflow
- Accounts Payable Duties including weekly check run
- AR -Collections and Customer approval for Sales
- Maintain Credit Insurance database
- Back up duties for invoicing/shipping
- General Administration Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files
- Provide support to Health and Safety in the areas of training, compliance, and administration
- Work directly with the Controller and President

Must possess:

- Crucial accounting experience, including as a bookkeeper
- Possess a college diploma in administration/finance/HR, or required relevant experience and skills
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Process strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Must have 3-5 Years of payroll experience
- Must have 3-5 years of human resource experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
