**JOB OVERVIEW**
- Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-driven professional to join our team in the role of Executive Administrative Assistant.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Correspondence with internal and external stakeholders regarding a variety of topics including meeting arrangements, information requests, and confidential matters.
- Arrange meetings at an executive level including inviting the required parties, arranging for meeting rooms, preparing and uploading agendas, and taking minutes when required.
- Book travel arrangements accordingly and ensure expenses are reconciled properly, following all standard procedures.
- Act as a liaison for the VP with staff, including employees from other business units and employees within the same business unit.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience providing senior executive administrative support.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work autonomously.

- The base salary range considers many factors including, but not limited to experience, education, and training, including any collective agreement requirements for union represented positions. It is not typical for the salary to be offered near the top of the range, and salary is dependent on numerous factors. For management roles, the base salary range does not represent the total compensation package. The total compensation package for regular full-time management roles includes pay-for-performance programs for annual and medium time periods. Maintaining a high-performance culture and excellence is a core expectation of every member of our leadership team and is rewarded through the established compensation framework.
