**Marketing Specialist**

We’re looking for a creative, experienced, and motivated Marketing Specialist to lead our digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

**Your main goals are to**:

- Use your talents to create digital and print marketing campaigns to attract new patients
- Enhance our online reputation on social media
- Coordinate internal and external marketing events like open houses, and community events to showcase our services
- Measure performance of marketing campaigns

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Managing all social media accounts and online reputation/brand management (IG, Twitter, etc)
- SEO and Website design in collaboration with external partners
- Online and print design of marketing materials (signs, posters, flyers, etc)
- Plan and coordinate internal and external marketing events
- Preparing campaign rollout plans
- Train/educate staff on marketing campaigns/promotions
- Writing marketing copy for editorials, articles, and newsletters
- Preparing, analyzing and presenting marketing reports to management

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- A post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, design or similar
- 3 years of experience in a marketing, including social media and campaign management
- Graphic design skills and expertise with Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of MS Excel or other spreadsheet software
- Solid communication and time management skills with ability to multi-task
- Confident extrovert with a passion for social interaction
- Problem solver with the ability to analyze and prioritize to meet company objectives
- Ability to travel within the GTA

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oakville, ON

Expected start date: 2025-02-10
