OverviewInnovative Food Brands Ltd. (IFB) is an independently owned company that currently oversees management and franchising of The Chopped Leaf. Our purpose is to create and provide an enjoyable food experience, incorporating our WOW philosophy and Core Values.Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Specialist will work closely with the team to create, maintain, and strengthen the brand by building ideas for the strategy and leading the execution of national marketing campaigns, grand opening plans, and local store marketing plans. Additional various duties include:ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer reviews, complaints and inquiries via email, Google reviews, social media comments and direct messagesPlan and execution of promotional programs and loyalty campaignsMonitor program performance and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and areas of improvementSupport with managing all social media platformsMeasurement of all activities through our POS system and Marketing KPIsBuild ideas and support the Marketing Director in creating the program strategy for national campaigns, LSM, and new restaurant openingsLead the execution of program strategies that are assignedBuild ideas and support sales at a local level by establishing relationships with franchisees, increasing traffic to stores, and increasing brand awarenessSupport stores with third-party delivery platforms - Skip/Uber/DoorDash and first party by building ideas to drive salesCollaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement local marketing initiatives in-store and on digital channelsLead the administration and vendor communication related to marketing campaigns and budgetLead the project management for all new product innovationsBudget management – create PO requests, ensuring cost do not exceed budget and tracking estimates in BCROther duties as assignedQualificationsThe successful application will demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:Post secondary education in Business/Marketing or related field2 - 3 years experience in similar role; working on a QSR brand would be considered an assetIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programsCustomer focused attitudeDemonstrated ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationshipsAssertive, well organized, highly motivated self-starter; able to work independently and meet deadlinesAbility to multi-task and manage multiple projectsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsApplication and Equal OpportunityIf you are interested in applying for this opportunity, please send your resume to recruitment@ifbconcepts.com.
