**Job Title: Part-Time Marketing Specialist**

**Location**: Oakville

**Schedule**: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9.30 am till 2.30 pm

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a part-time Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to deliver creative and impactful campaigns that align with our company's vision and goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and compelling content that resonates with our target audience
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
- Manage marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure financial goals are met
- Develop relationships with media outlets and other partners to expand our reach and visibility
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the marketing industry
- Create PowerPoint presentations

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Availability to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9.30 am till 2.30 pm
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Canada
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $16.50 per hour

- Oakville, ON L6J 7C6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
