Office Administrator Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Interact with vacation rental (Airbnb/VRBO) guests
- Social media posts on Facebook, Linkedin
- Review web content and listing content for improvements
- Update vacation rental guides
- Order online supplies for vacation rentals
- Order market research
- purchase customer gifts
- Maintaining existing Excel spreadsheet of rentals

Required Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years in an office admin role
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Great writing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Must have perfect English skills
- Must pass security clearance and criminal record check
- Must have at least a high school diploma
Asset Qualification
- Quickbooks or other bookkeeping
- Experience editing photos, taking photos, making TikTok videos
- Advanced Excel
- Experience working in a Hotel or Vacation Rental industry
- Wordpress skills
- Property management experience
- Advanced social media skills
- Graphic design
- College diploma in office administration
- University degree preferably in business, accounting, marketing
- Technology Skills (Able to login to smart TVs, Nest thermostats, basic troubleshoot internet and TV, ability to learn new internet software)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
