**The position at a glance**

The role provides end‑to‑end administrative support for BNPP’s agency‑lending activities and bilateral/direct loan facilities. You will be the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external lenders, borrowers, and third‑party vendors, ensuring smooth trade settlement, accurate loan‑administration, and compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.

**In detail**

The team members are responsible of the following activities:
**1. Agency Facility Set‑up & Ongoing Management**
- Create and maintain client‑agency deal sites
- Populate and continuously update syndication data in internal tools and spreadsheets
- Provide third‑party trade‑settlement vendors with final Credit Agreements and monitor the build‑out of facility allocations.
- Verify and follow‑up on lender KYC, U.S.‑flag compliance, and any non‑compliance issues.

**2. Loan Trade Settlement & Post‑Close Activities**
- Receive trade‑certificate requests, collect investor administrative and tax information, and disseminate to internal teams.
- Review transfer certificates, confirm conformity with financing agreements, and reconcile any inconsistencies.
- Update lender‑group and trade data in all tracking tools; file supporting documentation.
- Maintain and refresh deal‑site contact information as sponsors, borrowers, or lenders
- Verify third‑party vendor invoices for trade volume and coordinate payment remittance.

**3. Direct / Bilateral Loan Administration (LoanIQ)**
- Process loan advances, repayments, roll‑overs, interest, fee settlements, and L/C activity across multi‑currency portfolios.

**4. Monitoring, Reporting & Issue Management**
- Review open items, reconciliation and exception reports daily; resolve anomalies within established Service Level Agreements.
- Investigate and respond to inquiries from customers, agent banks, or internal sources on a timely basis.

Work conditions: This position provides for standard working conditions in an office and a normal work schedule from Monday to Friday. This position requires little travel.

**The strengths and skills that will help you succeed**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in loan credit processing.
- Proficiency in English is required *
- Experience in Loan IQ, Debt Domain, Syndtrak, Intralinks Agency Back Office or Middle Office is an asset
- Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Knowledge of the English is required.
