What you’ll do: Assess the risk of each business and recommend loan structures Conduct research and advise your team, including Senior Relationship Managers, in preparation for meetings with key customers and prospects Complete analysis and submissions for account reviews, compliance monitoring and eligibility rulings Act as liaison between Corporate Credit and your team What we’re looking for: Aptitude for complex lending and advanced credit and risk mitigation analysis Creative thinker who can work within the confines of lending policies and procedures while ensuring the needs of complex corporate entities are met Effective communicator and relationship-builder able to work with internal partners and external resources, often through challenging negotiations Problem-solver who can identify and recommend lending opportunities What you’ll need: Undergraduate degree and at least six years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); graduate degree is an asset Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) and proven ability in oral and written communication You belong here At FCC, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace - one that reflects the communities where we live, work and play.
