Commercial lending expertise required

**What you’ll do**:

- Authorize loans that exceed field staff limits
- Review and analyze source documents and proposals for authorization
- Analyze administration requests such as loan amendments, security amendments and policy exceptions
- Coach and mentor lending staff on the credit culture at FCC

**What we’re looking for**:

- Problem-solver with advanced analytical skills
- Good judgment and strong decision-making skills

**What you’ll need**:

- An undergraduate degree in business, economics or agriculture and at least six years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Understanding of complex commercial lending and advanced credit analysis
- Knowledge of the agriculture, agribusiness and the food and beverage industries and 5 years of commercial lending experience
