Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Travel and Transport**: Securely transport photo booth equipment to and from event venues.
- **Setup and Operation**: Efficiently set up and operate the photo booth, ensuring all equipment functions correctly.
- **Customer Interaction**: Assist guests during events, providing a friendly and helpful service to ensure a great experience.
- **Technical Support**: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during events.
- **Takedown**: Dismantle and pack up equipment post-event, ensuring its safe return.
- **Guestbook Management**: If required, set up a guestbook station and assist guests with entries.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate effectively with clients and relay important event details to company management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or event management preferred.
- Technical aptitude and ability to handle and troubleshoot equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to stand for 3+ hours
- Must be able to load in and out our photobooth case which is around 70 pounds

- Competitive hourly compensation.
- Paid training sessions at $100 per 3-hour event + Setup/Takedown
- Travel expenses covered outside of Niagara.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
