**ROLE**:
As an Cleaner, you’ll receive cleaning job alerts once you pass our screening process and attend an onboarding interview. You’ll be matched with cleaning assignments based on your availability, location, and performance history.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards in residential rental properties. This is a flexible, non-permanent contract role — ideal for individuals who want autonomy, supplemental income, and the opportunity to work with a supportive, values-driven company.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Respond to and accept Job Alerts promptly
- Travel to assigned properties and perform detailed cleans
- Follow provided cleaning checklists and meet quality standards
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or inventory shortages
- Communicate promptly with our Operations Team before and after each clean
- Maintain a professional, friendly attitude at all times
- Provide your own transportation and cleaning supplies
- Complete before-and-after photos for quality control
- Follow key handoff and property access protocols

**RESULTS**:

- Promptly respond and accept/deny job alerts and requests
- Complete assigned cleaning jobs in the necessary timeline
- Complete move in and move out cleans which provide our Residents with clean and welcoming homes
- Complete cleanings of common areas in our student and multi-unit homes
- Follow our instructions and our Cleaning Checklist for every job assigned
- Take before and after photos of each and every cleaning job, and share them with the Operations Team
- Provide the necessary cleaning materials for each job
- Every cleaning detail is attended to
- Follow unit access protocols and return keys once each job is finished

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must pass our interview and screening process
- At least 1 year of verifiable residential or commercial cleaning experience
- Must have access to a smartphone with data and the ability to communicate with our Operations Team at all times
- Reliable personal transportation
- Own cleaning tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
