**Provide positive and dynamic 5 STAR PAW service for our Pack and guests with a systems based approach.**

The **Arcade Attendant** is responsible to offer a quality and level of service that exceeds the guests’ expectations in a positive and productive way. The **Arcade Attendant** is responsible to serve guests in the Arcade, Bowling, Photo Booth, Mini Putt, Virtual Reality and Laser Tag.

**Duties**
- Willingness to accept the most effective role.
- Maintains the daily operation of the arcade/bowling/mini-putt/photo booth within the guidelines of operating procedures.
- Assists guests with, but not limited to, change, ticket redemption for prizes and all courtesy transactions.
- Must have sufficient knowledge of how to play the games to assist the guests.
- Assists in merchandising functions including display, store design, inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandise pricing.
- Assists in all cash handling functions including POS system, registers and daily reporting.
- Keeps all areas of the attractions to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.
- Maintains a positive work environment for self and other team members.

**Qualifications**
- Great communication and courtesy skills.
- Competent in mathematics.
- Ability to sell and exceed customer expectations.

**Physical Requirements**
- Lift up to 30 lbs., bending, stretching.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Capable of working in a loud and noisy environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
