**Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to join our team in supporting the execution and coordination of post-frame construction projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget by providing administrative support to the project management and construction teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support project manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating post-frame building projects.
- Support project manager in maintaining and updating project schedules, ensuring timelines are communicated and followed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding project timelines, documentation, and updates.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience in an administrative or project coordination role; construction industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with post-frame construction is a strong asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
