Job Duties
- Execute bookkeeping responsibilities, which involve documenting both cash and credit transactions, as well as managing bank deposits, receipts, and payments.
- Oversee the maintenance of restaurant accounts, including the meticulous recording and analysis of revenue, costs, and expenses to inform management decisions.
- Reconcile various accounts, including the restaurant business account and tax account.
- Compile trial balances.
- Assess the values and depreciation of fixed assets.
- Supervise general ledgers and the creation of financial statements.
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Generate a diverse range of statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Prepare tax returns and handle various bill payments.
- Maintain financial records while ensure the establishment, upkeep, and balance of numerous accounts through manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
