**What You'll Do**:
i-Sight is looking for a Product Manager to ensure our software remains an industry leader in providing investigative case management solutions that deliver the case management needs for the world’s largest organizations.

Our desired Product Manager is outgoing, builds consensus through facts and data, is process-oriented, works well with customers and stakeholders, and can be an advocate for i-Sight and our products outwardly. The Product Manager role at i-Sight is fast-paced and challenging. Ultimately, you will work with our talented team to take concepts and amplify them to create both functional and market-defining product additions that address our clients’ needs and help us continue to grow our loyal customer base.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager. You should also be familiar with product management frameworks, agile software development practices, and using the technologies that support requirements gathering and sprint management, such as Jira.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owner, designers, and engineers
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products to ensure success for the entire organization
- Assist marketing with product positioning and messaging that differentiates i-Sight and its features across primary market segments
- Work closely with product owner to create and maintain a product backlog for primary market segments
- Conduct interviews with internal and external contacts to collect feedback, analyze needs and align with roadmap
- Play a role in defining new product concepts and potential roadmap elements for consideration
- Document requirements using storyboards, process flows, and written specifications

**Qualifications**:

- Experience and/or knowledge in Case Management, Investigations, Ethics and Compliance, Fraud, or Security
- Proven work experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar role
- Knowledge and practical experience with product management frameworks (i.e. Jobs-to-be-done, Personas, etc.)
- Portfolio of projects demonstrating capabilities consistent with the responsibilities of the role
- Up-to-date knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or other project management solutions for Agile software development
- Team spirit
- Analytical and a problem solver
- Strong communication skills and able to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent time-management skills
- Self-starter, who likes to find new initiatives to improve status quo
