Business Development Associate

Roles and Responsibilities of Business Development Associate:
- Develop new client accounts for USA/Canada market.
- Identify Prospect for potential new clients and turn them into clients for increased business.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Research and build up business relationships with new clients.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
**Requirements**:
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience in business development in the US/Canada market.
- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment consulting
- Lead generation
- Must be willing to develop relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients.
- Experience in SaaS industry
Location: In-office (Mississauga)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
