**Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Daily communication with our Fitness Management, Sales and Marketing Teams
- Foster strong working relationships to effectively achieve shared goals
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, managers, marketing team and customer service representatives, to gather input and align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Lead the marketing team in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns
- Content creation and management (social media posts, blog content, website, product descriptions)
- Prioritize tasks and/or projects for completion within designated deadlines
- Continued brand management to help develop our brands externally
- Identify marketing gaps and areas of improvement through data analysis
- Conduct market research (competitor analysis, identify trends, customer preferences)
- Provide monthly/yearly budgets
- Remain up-to-date with product knowledge
- Proactive problem solving and trouble shooting
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and protocols
- Bring your imagination and positivity to work
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Recognize the importance of establishing a connection with our customer base, catering to target markets and developing marketing strategies for attracting new clientele
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related education (Business Marketing, Graphics Design, eCommerce, Communications)
- Minimum 5+ years actively working in Marketing and/or Communications role
- Experience with eCommerce, Shopify, SEO, SEM and basic coding (HTML & CSS)
- Digitally savvy and detail oriented
- Design knowledge in (UX, digital & print)
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Professional, team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Exceptional work ethic, motivated and driven to obtain goals
- Familiarity with fitness equipment with a strong interest in Fitness and Healthy Living an asset
- Have a great sense of humor
