**Southview Acura Marketing Manager & Graphic Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies.
- Responsible for the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, photos of vehicles, advertising materials, and promotional assets for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, media outlets, and vendors.
- Present marketing plans and results to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Attend all company events to highlight achievements and community involvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Extensive history in the position will also be acceptable.
- Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Proficiency in graphic design: Photoshop, Canva, WordPress and the ability to resize images for various platforms.
