We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our growing finance team. This temporary role is perfect for a reliable and organized individual who excels at routine tasks and is comfortable navigating various online systems.

**HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT**
Team members in Vancouver are required to work in the office every other week, for three consecutive days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Core hours of attendance will be mandatory from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on these days.

This is a 3-month secondment position, early Sep-Nov.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
As our Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring our billing operations run smoothly. Your day will be focused on:

- Submit, monitor, and manage invoices through various third-party billing platforms
- Prepare and send out invoices directly to clients accurately and timely
- Ensure all proof of service, completion photos, and supporting documents are uploaded and organized thoroughly to validate job completion and facilitate billing
- Assist the team with routine administrative tasks to help maintain seamless billing operations
- Assist with ad hoc projects

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- Proven experience in an administrative support, data entry, or accounts receivable role
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Ability to manage a consistent workload of routine tasks efficiently and with mínimal error
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and data management
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while staying organized
- Collaborative team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed
- Prior experience using online third-party billing platforms (i.e., Coupa, Workday, ServiceChannel) for invoicing or data management is an asset
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset

**COMPENSATION**
- Salary range**:$20-23**per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
