You have completed a Bachelors Degree in a related field, or experience in lieu of degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in a similar role for at least 7 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

**Who You Are**

You may have also acquired the following skills:

- Experience in a unionized environment, working with and interpreting collective agreements.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human resources, organizational management, etc.
- Demonstrated extensive experience making independent decisions related to areas of compliance and employee relations
- Experience operating independently in an HR role as point of contact with leadership team
- Data analysis and management skills

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Labour Relations Specialist in Kincardine or Pickering, Ontario, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

- Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates labour and employee relations strategies including policies, programs and procedures to ensure alignment with enterprise methodology and best practice.
- Conducts research and provides recommendations regarding the interpretation of collective agreements and makes recommendations on resolutions of labour relations matters.
- Leads activities and maintains strong understanding related to hiring, negotiating, maintaining, and ensuring adherence to the organizations’ collective agreements.
- Manages grievance meetings and the preparation of case files, including background research on specific aspects of the case.
- Acts as point of contact for employment standards compliance, performance management actions, employee retention strategy development, compensation program management, etc.
