**Responsibilities**
- Skills/Requirements:

- Manually deburr parts with various equipment and tools
- Maintain counting and organization of customer parts during handling
- Complete tasks on specialized parts in small to moderate volumes
- Operate specialized hand tools such as dynafiles, pencil grinder, stroke sander
- Experience in polishing for #4 finish - A MUST
- Experience in mirror finish polishing preferred
- Impart and restore mirror finish polishing on complex components
- Timesaver metal sanding and deburring

**Qualifications**
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in polishing or similar roles.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operation is highly desirable.
- Experience with milling machines, plasma cutting, welding, and fabrication techniques is a plus.
- Ability to operate cranes and forklifts safely; certification preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.68-$23.66 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
