**What you will do**
As a Program Coordinator you will be responsible for successful delivery of the program -ensuring goals, outcomes and client satisfaction. You will be involved in providing training on employment-readiness training and supports, occupational skills training, entrepreneurial skills development, customer care, violence against women education, information and referral to address social and equality issues, systems navigation and supportive counselling for women experiencing abuse. You will be involved in the day-to day operations of the program delivery, conduct a needs assessment to assess the client’s needs and also to ensure that the client has required readiness to attend the program. You will maintain accurate records of various program related resources, participants and volunteer and also manages the proper filing system of the client’s files while maintaining client’s confidentiality. You will monitor, evaluate & measure the program outcomes and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual narrative reports and collect the required statistics on program progress meeting the timelines. You will organize information sessions as per the need of the clients and the program by inviting guest speakers from community and government agencies. You will provide information, orientation to the clients and make appropriate referrals to the other YMCA programs, community and government services. You might be needed to revise the curriculum on the basis of the changing needs and feedback of the clients for the program improvement. Outreach for the program promotion, and participants’ recruitment while following the protocols. Lastly you will make sure best practices are followed at all the times.
**What you will bring.**
A background in facilitating workshops for groups and employment counselling will be an asset. Ability to facilitate group conversations on a variety of online platforms such as Zoom, GoToMeeting, MS Teams. Proficient in internet navigation, use of social media and comfort level in working with MS Office is a must.
