**Position Overview**:
As our Restaurant & Bar Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. From managing both front and back-of-house staff to coordinating events and enforcing safety protocols, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead both front and back-of-house teams
- Handle product ordering and pickups as needed
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Adequately staff all positions and manage personal as needed
- Manage cash outs and other monetary related tasks
- Provide coverage for shifts as required
- Organize live entertainment and special events
- Enforce AGLC laws and workplace health and safety protocols
- Ensure proper equipment function and maintenance

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of serving experience, with strong bartending skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage teams and resolve conflicts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Valid ProServe certification and driver's license
- 3-5 years of restaurant and bar management experience preferred
- Education in hospitality management is a plus
