**Responsibilities**:

- Acknowledge and greet clients by welcoming them with the amenities.
- Reserve appointments, field phone calls and manage the schedule of appointments on a daily basis
- Manage the flow of the salon, including client check-in and check-out experience and communicating with stylists regarding their clients' arrival
- Resolve client issues while utilizing the support of the Salon Manager as necessary
- Assist clients with sales of service packages, memberships and products
- Ensure that salon is “Red Carpet” ready
- Assists with other essential duties of the salon as directed by the Salon Manager

**Experience & Skills**:

- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales skills a must
- Multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively to meet our clients' needs
- Experience within high-end hospitality, retail or salon customer service is required
- Experience with high-end product sales a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
