**About the Role**

The Maintenance Scheduler is the communication hub for all maintenance activities at Mamele’awt Qweesome Housing Society (MQHS). You’ll coordinate repair requests, schedule our maintenance team, communicate with tenants, track work orders, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is an essential role that supports safe, well-maintained homes for our tenants—and requires someone who is organized, consistent, and dependable.

**What You’ll Do**
- Receive, prioritize, and schedule all maintenance requests
- Coordinate appointments with tenants and maintenance staff
- Track work orders from start to finish and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and updates in our internal systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants and staff
- Support the maintenance team with planning, documentation, and tracking
- Monitor timelines, identify delays, and be proactive in resolving them
- Create annual, monthly, and weekly calendars for inspections and preventive maintenance

**Qualifications**
- Experience in scheduling, administration, coordination, or operations
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, scheduling software, work order systems)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work respectfully with Indigenous communities
- Experience in maintenance, housing, property management, or a related field is an asset—but not required

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
